Mario Szabo is a London-based fashion and portrait photographer working across editorial and commercial image-making. Originally from Vancouver, he has been based in London since 2019, building a practice rooted in intimacy and directness — work that tends toward the quiet, the physical, and the unguarded. Alongside his own projects, Mario has worked closely with Mariano Vivanco as assistant, studio manager, and digital technician — contributing to campaigns for clients including Montblanc, Hackett, Philipp Plein, Ungaro, Maxx Royal, and Pollini, among others; his editorial credits have included 10 Magazine, Issue, Man About Town, Les Hommes Publics, HardCOPY, Twin, Rolling Stone UK, King Kong, Love Want, Zeit Magazine, H Magazine, and Harper’s Bazaar Arabia, among others. He works regularly with agencies including PRM, Select, Nevs, The Future Management, AMCK, and J’adore.
